This Tamari Sauce from Sanchi is fully gluten-free and is naturally fermented in cedar casks. It contains no added preservatives or caramel (which is often added as a colouring to cheaper soy sauces). It is made using a rice fermentation process rather wheat which is normally used for the majority of Soya Sauces on the market.
Tamari can be used to season stir-fries, used as part of a marinade or just served alongside Sushi or Tempura as a dipping sauce. This gluten-free version means that those who must avoid gluten can still enjoy an authentic oriental dish.
