  • A great addition to cakes, bakes and bread!

Rude Health's Sprouted Whole Spelt Flour is made from finely milled sprouted spelt. Sprouting is a process that involves soaking grains. This wakes the grains, which start to sprout. Enzyme activity breaks down growth inhibitors, transforming and multiplying nutrients into their more easily digestible forms.

Sprouted spelt flour can be used in exactly the same way as traditional spelt flour. It has a slightly nutty taste, which lends itself to cakes, bakes and bread!
