Finely Cut Organic Peppermint Leaves

  • Fresh and aromatic leaves.
  • Perfect for tea making.

  • Also used in cocktails and desserts.
Peppermint leaves make a highly refreshing, caffeine free drink. These loose, finely cut leaves can be infused with other complimentary herbs such as chamomile or nettle.

Directions

  • To make peppermint tea: Use one heaped teaspoon per person. Brew in a pot and strain, or use a tea infuser.
  • In other drinks: This peppermint can be used in cocktails and to lift the flavour of soft drinks such as lemonade.
  • Other uses: Peppermint can be used as a dessert topping. Sprinkle over sorbets or fruits, or use to add a minty flavour to dessert sauces.
