These organic European pumpkin seeds are somewhat distinct from normal pumpkin seeds. They are much larger than normal, with a creamier texture. The largeness of the seeds means that there is more of the white "inside" to them relative to the thinner outer skin, and hence they are really tasty! Use these pumpkin seeds for snacking, or baking. You can also use them as a topping on tarts and other savoury snacks, or as an addition to an extra-special muesli.
