A prefect selection of large green and black olives. They are succulent, ripe and are ready-to-eat straight from the jar. Gaea's mixed olives have been hand harvested from organically farmed trees. No preservatives or olive oil has been added to this product. They have been marinated simply in salted water, lemon juice and wine vinegar.

This mix of Kalamata olives, natural black olives and large succulent green olives are perfect to nibble on before or in between meals. They are a common addition to Spanish tapas and Greek Meze. These olives can also be chopped up and added to salads and other Mediterranean dishes such as bruschetta, baked fish, roasted vegetables and stews.
