Organic Virgin Peanut Oil (Bio Planète)

The peanuts used in this peanut (groundnut) oil, are sustainably sourced from organic farmers. The oilseeds are pressed only once, without the use of heat, to create the purest, high quality oil.

The oil has a mild, peanut flavour which will combine with the aromas of the dish you are cooking.

Directions

Use peanut oil to fry foods, particularly in wok-based stir fries. In Chinese cuisine, peanut oil is a very popular oil for frying. This is because it has a high smoke point, so is excellent for the high temperatures in a wok.
