Munchy Seeds pumpkin mix is a mix of dry-roasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, with a tasty natural savoury flavour. Gluten-free and free from artificial colourings, preservatives and flavourings. They can be eaten on their own or added to salad or other similar snacks. High in omega 6 and 9.
