Munchy Seeds is a healthy and tasty snack. This little packet is ideal for snacking. They work brilliantly at keeping back hunger until lunch or dinner. They are really moreish too. Munchy Seeds can be sprinkled on to salads, pasta or into savoury bread rolls.

This mixture of seeds is high in essential fatty acids, this is omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9. Omega oils are very beneficial to health. They help to keep joints mobile, eye and brain co-ordination maintained and even hair and skin soft. They are high in protein and contain Vitamin E, Iron Zinc and other beneficial minerals.

These seeds are low in cholesterol, low GI and contain nothing artificial.
