Kale is a member of the cabbage family. It is very nutritious and high in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, including: vitamin K, vitamin C, lutein and B vitamins. To naturally preserve these nutrients, Inspiral have gently dehydrated the kale to give it fantastic crispy crunchiness.
Flavours
Wasabi Wheatgrass is a spicy coating made from cashew nuts, wasabi, cayenne pepper, liquid aminos and wheatgrass (full ingredients listed below). There are no naughty ingredients - just all good stuff.
Wasabi is a spicy condiment used in Japanese cuisine. It tastes similar to horseradish and has a similar mustard-like heat.
