The wholegrain buckwheat used in this crispbread has a subtle yet distinctive flavour, but the crispbread is still very light. It's quite similar to the Amisa Corn & Rice Crispbread in that it is light yet firm and not too dry, and suitable for delicate toppings.

This crispbread also makes ideal croutons for soup, when broken up. Gluten free crispbread with Organic Wholegrain Buckwheat.

Yeast-free and gluten free.
