Did you know that bran flakes normally contain large amounts of added sugar? Even things with names like "All Bran" contain added, hidden sugar!
These flakes contain around one-quarter of the sugar of leading brands - and naturally, in the form of malt. No added cane sugar at all.
These organic bran flakes can be eaten on their own or you can mix them up with your favourite nuts, fruits and seeds for a nutritious breakfast or snack. They are only lightly sweetened with a little malt.
The bran flakes can also be crushed up with milk to make a more porridge like consistency or used crushed to add extra fibre to cooking and baking.
