We have a very simple basket/checkout system that does not require any logging in. Simply place the items into your basket, click "Checkout" and enter your details. You will then be taken to our secure payment screen, hosted by our payment provider for extra security (see below).
How can I pay?
Credit cards accepted are: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron.
Paypal is also accepted. At the checkout process, proceed through to Sagepay and you will see the Paypal icon next to the credit card icons.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK and most EU countries. Due to international restrictions, we can only deliver to the UK and most countries within the EU. You can change the delivery country in the basket or checkout. The full list of countries is as follows:

What are your delivery costs?
We charge delivery at cost price or less. We don't believe in burying the cost of delivery in the price of the goods... everything is up-front. Please see our delivery page for more details.
Can I have items delivered to an alternative address?
Yes. Simply choose a different delivery address in the "Delivery Address" section of the checkout. Note though that you must still enter the cardholder address (usually your home address) in the "Your Address" section. This is used by your bank as a security check for your protection. See our credit card security section for further details.
Can I collect my order from Healthy Supplies?
We do welcome collections, but all customers must telephone us prior to visiting. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily discuss your order options. Please note that the online discount structure will not apply to collection orders.
What happens once I have ordered?
Once your payment has been accepted, you will immediately receive an email receipt detailing your order. Your receipt email will also give you a password and a link for tracking the status of your order. It will also give you a link for changing your password.
You can view the status of your order at any time by clicking on the link in your email, or by visiting the site and entering your email address and password. This shows you a detailed breakdown of the status of each item.
Are my credit card details safe?
We do not store your credit card details: these are held securely by our payment provider, SagePay. SagePay is run by Sage, who are the UK's largest provider of accounting solutions. SagePay was formerly known as Protx.
By not storing your card details ourselves, we eliminate the possibility that your card details can be stolen from us, or used by us without your permission. See our credit card security section for further details.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
In common with most online retailers, we use a combination of stocking and back-ordering, which makes it tricky to display exact stock levels on our site. However, if you require items urgently, we can still help. See our delivery page for further details.
