Super Insoluble Pre-biotic Blend

Designed for people who want a want to add a higher level of insoluble fibre and protein for gut health improvements.

58% Insoluble fibre - Helps to lower cholesterol levels and control blood sugar. It has been proved to have many protective effects on the gut from diseases like cancer, Crohn's disease and many others. Great for gut mobility.

16% Protein - Helps you feel full and assists with the growth and repair of body tissues; especially important for healthy muscles and bones.

4% Soluble fibre - Helps by slowing down digestion and preventing blood sugar spikes.

Directions

Recommended amount 10-15g per day.
