The best use for our green cardamom powder is to add it into drinks and desserts, such as: kulfi, lassi, halva, barfi and many others. This powder has a fragrant, sweet aroma that is common in Indian foods and with its consistency, it makes it so much easier to combine it into recipes (like curries) without compensating on flavour. Add into rice dishes or mix into various baked goods and drinks for a sweetly-spiced kick of flavour.
