Nutritional Pasta

The Orgran Multigrain Pasta Spirals with Amaranth are a highly nutritious blend of cereals. Amaranth contains high levels of protein (considered the best source of biological complete protein in the plant kingdom for human nutritional benefits).

The rice, amaranth, maize meal and millet in this pasta are easier to digest compared to wheat pasta and has greater nutritional values. The processes used to make this pasta, help to retain as much natural goodness within the ingredients as well as the natural flavour.

Directions

Pour pasta into boiling water (Approximately 4 litres for every 250g pasta)

Stir constantly for up to 9 minutes max.

Strain & rinse.
