Our five seed mix is a superb mix of super-seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, brown linseed, golden linseed and millet seed - that are full of protein, fibre and healthy fats. They also boast a high level of omega-3 fatty acids that naturally occur in many of the seeds incorporated into this mixture. Because of the high nutrient content a handful of these seeds are perfect for adding into salads, topping off your breakfast porridge or yogurt, or simply snacking on whilst on the go between meals.
They're also rich in Vitamin E, making this a great superfood for your skin, as well as magnesium and B vitamins, all of which play important roles within your body. You can also toast these seeds to give an even nuttier, savoury taste to them and use them in salads like this, or top off soups and hummus for an added crunch and flavour.
