Fine cornmeal - pale yellow & sometimes called maize flour.
Use fine cornmeal in wheat-free baking and cooking.
Can also be used in polenta dishes, though you may prefer coarse cornmeal instead.
Note: - This flour is not the same as maize meal (which is white and coarser).
- This flour is not the same as supermarket boxed 'corn flour' (used in baking and thickening, cornflour is actually corn starch in powder form).
