High5 Energy Gel is a multi-carbohydrate energy gel providing 23g of carbohydrate per sachet from a blend of glucose syrup and maltodextrin, with berry (cranberry and raspberry) flavour from real fruit juice concentrate. Supplied as a single 40g sachet. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
When exercising it's important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.
