This Electrolyte Mineral Powder is a premium soluble premix formulated to help you meet your daily mineral needs. One small 3.5 g portion supplies roughly a quarter of your daily calcium requirement, about a third of your magnesium RNI, and appreciable amounts of potassium and sodium. Whether you're training, recovering, or simply find your electrolyte intake low (due to diet, sweat, or weather), this powder makes it easy to top up with precision.
Dissolve/mix a 3.5g scoop in water (or your preferred drink) once per day, or split into two doses if needed. For athletes doing heavy sweating, additional fluid may be required.
