Dried Mixed Mushrooms

This medley of mushrooms is the perfect addition to any meal. A delicious mix of Oyster, Shiitake & Porcini Mushrooms, dried to provide a more intense flavour than fresh mushrooms. Simply soak in freshly boiled water for around 10 minutes, then drain and add to stir-fries, pasta dishes or risotto.

Simple to prepare: To prepare, soak the mushrooms in a bowl of boiling water for 10 minutes. Lift out the mushrooms and squeeze dry. Cook thoroughly before eating.
