Our Dried Green Peas are a nutritious and versatile pantry staple, offering the fresh, sweet flavour of garden peas with the convenience of long-term storage. Packed with protein, fibre, and essential vitamins like B-complex and C, these dried peas are perfect for adding a plant-based protein boost to your meals.
Rehydrate them by soaking and cooking, and they're ready to be added to soups, stews, curries, or served as a side dish. Their mild flavour and satisfying texture make them an excellent base for hearty, wholesome dishes.
Add 50g of peas to 1L of cold water into a lidded saucepan, bring to the boil and summer for 10 minutes (with the lid on), drain and enjoy!
