Chilli Miso Noodles & Broth Pot

itsu's hand-folded rice noodles come with a clean, authentic chilli miso broth inspired by Japanese flavours and crafted in partnership with chef Monica Galetti. Ready in just five minutes, the steamed (never fried) noodles pair perfectly with the rich, spicy broth. Enjoy them as they are or elevate your bowl with fresh toppings like vegetables, meat, prawns, or a drizzle of soy, sesame, or chilli.

Directions

  • Open lid half-way
  • Remove sachets from pot & pour broth paste over noodles
  • Add boiling water to fill line & stir
  • Close lid & wait for 5 minutes, add toppings [optional]
  • Drizzle over sesame oil as desired

WARNING: Contents will be hot! Not suitable for microwaving.

Ingredients
Hand-folded rice noodles: (61%) (rice, tapioca starch, salt).

Nagano Valley miso broth paste: (35%) (spring water, steamed soya beans, rice koji, salt, sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, alcohol, yeast extract, shiitake mushroom extract, kelp extract, rice bran oil, onion powder, ginger powder, chilli powder, dried coriander leaf, chilli extract).

Sesame oil sachet (sesame).

Dried spring onion.
