Roasted Instant Chicory Drink

The Chicory Company's Chicory Drink is made from the root of the chicory plant which is carefully cut, split, dried and roasted. The result is a delicious, rich, roasted coffee alternative that can be enjoyed at anytime of the day (or night!) and is naturally free of caffeine, grains and gluten. To serve simply use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water, add milk of your choice and sweeten if required.
