Chicory Cocoa Drink is made from the root of the chicory plant which is carefully cut, split, dried, roasted, extracted and spray-dried. This is then blended with cocoa powder made from the beans of the Theobroma cacao tree. This tastes like coffee, combined with gentle undertones of cocoa, and all with the merits of being caffeine-free.
