Chicken Bone Broth Powder 250g

A water-soluble chicken bone broth powder that turns into a savoury, golden broth the moment it hits hot water. Made from a single ingredient -- EU-sourced chicken -- gently extracted by mechanical and thermal treatment so the protein is naturally hydrolysed to an average molecular weight of around 2000 Da. That low molecular weight is why it dissolves instantly with just a stir, no simmering required.
