Raw cacao paste is simply made by blending whole raw cacao nibs. It can be used to make raw chocolate without the need for adding cacao butter - it's effectively the same as raw cacao powder mixed with raw cacao butter.
To make raw chocolate, simply melt, add sugar to taste and allow to cool.
