Brazil Nut Parmesan Style Vegan Cheese

  • Delicious vegan alternative to parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  Organic Brazil Nuts (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
1/2 cup brazil nuts

  Marigold Engevita Nutritional Yeast Flakes 125g
1 Tbsp yeast flakes

  Garlic Powder 100g (Hampshire Foods)
1 Tsp garlic powder

  Onion Powder 200g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 Tsp onion powder

  Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
to taste

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into the blender/liquidiser and whizz up until you have a medium to coarse breadcrumb-type texture.
  2. Transfer into an airtight container.
