Our bran sticks are packed full of fibre, making them an excellent choice for promoting digestive health and maintaining a balanced gut. You can easily do this by enjoying them on their own in a bowl of your favourite milk (or milk alternative), alternatively you can simply mix them in to your favourite, or your own homemade, muesli for added nutrients.
