Our bran sticks are packed full of fibre, making them an excellent choice for promoting digestive health and maintaining a balanced gut. You can easily do this by enjoying them on their own in a bowl of your favourite milk (or milk alternative), alternatively you can simply mix them in to your favourite, or your own homemade, muesli for added nutrients. This is a great way to get the ball rolling on your daily dose of fibre and protein.

Our bran sticks have no added sugar and only contain two ingredients - unlike a lot of store bought options which will add many other things to a similar product. You can enjoy these bran sticks as a breakfast cereal or add them to porridge, yogurt, salads and many more options for extra nutrients. This product can also be snacked on just as they are, for an enjoyable, healthy crunch!
