20g Gluten-free Porridge Oats, soaked overnight (Maca Powder)

Rice Dream Organic Rice Drink 1litre

    Method

    1. The night before or a minimum of 4 hours before you want your smoothie soak the Gluten-free Porridge Oats in around 100ml of the Rice Milk – we stored ours in the fridge overnight.
    2. Once soaked add the whole mixture to a liquidiser and spoon in the Almond Butter, Carob Powder, Maca Powder and Ground Cloves.
    3. Add the remainder of the Rice Milk (around 300ml) and the Medjool dates. Blend for 30 seconds.
    4. Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Then serve.
