This morning pick-me-up is a fabulous way to start the day! It is bursting with vitamins, antioxidants and protein. Who needs a mug of coffee when you have this protein-boosting breakfast treat!
What's in it?
This recipe uses rice protein, freeze-dried blueberry, almonds, coconut water, honey, cranberries and banana. It is made with completely natural ingredients and contains no added sugar or additives. It is a smooth blend and a pleasantly sweet flavour. You can definitely taste the blueberry and almond flavours and the cranberries ensure that the blend doesn't become overly sweet. It is a deliciously satisfying smoothie indeed.
This couldn't be easier. Stick all your ingredients in a blender, whiz it up and pour into a jug. It is best served chilled and consumed on the same day.
