Chai Latte

Method

  1. Prepare your chai mix – combine cinnamon, ginger powder, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom powder in a little bowl. Store your mix in an airtight container.
  2. Mix 1 teaspoon of your chai mix with a little hot water. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over a low heat until warm.
  4. Once lightly steaming, froth the milk with a frother or whisk to create some foam.
  5. Pour your hot milk into the glass with your chai and coconut sugar water.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
