    Method

    1. Grind the almonds in a coffee grinder or blender.
    2. Add the dates and apricots and chop into the/a blender or powerful liquidiser.
    3. Add the Coconut Oil, Pumpkin Seeds, the Bee Pollen and all the spices.
    4. Pulse the ingredients several times and then turn to a continuous blend until you have a thick paste, but with the pumpkin seeds still visible.
    5. Remove the paste from the blender/liquidiser and bring together into a ball.
    6. Cut into the mixture into quarters and from there rip off small amounts around 20g each.
    7. Roll into balls. Sprinkle the hemp seed onto a tray or plate then coat each ball in the seeds by rolling them around until each one is completely coated. Tip: A small amount of pressure whilst rolling will make coating easier.
    8. The balls are ready to eat. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. They will be at their best for a good week or so.
