  • 50ml Hot Water

Method

  1. Dissolve coconut sugar in 50ml hot water.
  2. In a bowl, mix cacao butter, ground almonds, fine oatmeal, coconut sugar and water, and work the dough with your hands.
  3. Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Form the truffles with your fingers. Don’t forget to put an almond in each!
  5. Roll each truffle in ground almonds and then dust with raspberry powder.
  6. Put in the fridge for a further hour.
  7. Enjoy!
