MAG365 BF Plus Calcium is an ionic magnesium citrate powder with added calcium, vitamins D3, K2, C and B6, potassium, zinc, and boron. Unflavoured -- naturally has a light citrus taste. Calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar. Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2.5g (approx. one rounded teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 5.5g (approx. 2.5 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 BF can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.
Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of your glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.
