Autumnal Overnight Oats

Ingredients (Healthy Supplies)

  Organic Rolled Porridge Oats (2kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
80g Rolled Oats

  Cinnamon Powder 50g (Hampshire Foods)
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

  Pure Vanilla Powder, Organic 50g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Power

  Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
2 tsp Coconut Sugar

  Organic Brown Flax seeds (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
1 tbsp Brown Flax Seed

  Hazelnut Drink, Organic 1 Litre (Rude Health)
150ml Hazelnut Milk

  Dried Mulberries | Healthy Supplies
Suggested topping.

  Raspberries | Healthy Supplies
Suggested topping.

  Bee Pollen Granules | Healthy Supplies
Suggested topping.

Other Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tbsp Greek Yoghurt.
  • Suggested toppings: Peanut Butter, Coconut Flakes, Peaches, Mulberries and Bee Pollen

Method

  1. Add the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut sugar, flaxseed and milk into a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Stir in the yoghurt.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve the next morning with your favourite toppings!
