Blueberry And Coconut Smoothie - Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 handful rocket salad
  • 1 apple (peel the skin off and cut into small pieces)
  • 150 ml coconut water.
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil.

    Method:

    Peel your apple and cut into small pieces.

    wash all fruit and salad.

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Start your day with this delicious blueberry treat!
