This mild, tart seasoning which has a citrus sweetness that is ideal for seasoning grilled fish, chicken and salads. It contains the juice from the East Asian Yuzu fruit, which has a flavour reminiscent of the grapefruit.

Ingredients:

Yuzu Juice (38%), Orange Juice Concentrate, Rice Vinegar, Water, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sugar, Thickener: E415, Acidity Regulator: E300. Produced in the UK Contains sulphites. Shake well before use.
