Spelt or triticum spelta is an ancient relative of modern wheat. This flour is made from UK and European Spelt Grain. It makes a healthier alternative to refined white flour, which some people who find modern wheat hard to digest are able to cope with.

To keep this flour at its best, roll down the top after use and store in a cool, dry place.
Please note that this flour contains gluten, because spelt is a type of wheat.
