These green-speckled crunchy seeds from the hemp plant are in their whole form, so offer a longer shelf life than the shelled variety.

Hemp seed is rich in protein making it the ideal ingredient in snacks such as flapjacks and crispbread. Toss a handful in to a salad, smoothie or bread dough for extra crunch and nutrition. The centre of the seeds are naturally high in omega-6 essential fatty acids.
