These beetroot crisps are seasoned with sea salt after a gentle fry in sunflower oil. If you have never tried beetroot as a crisp before then these are a good introduction. They make a light, but satisfying snack with a semi-sweet & savoury flavour. And the good news is that due to the nature of beetroot you will find that these contain more fibre than the equivalent amount of potato-based crisps!
