Add what ever toppings you desire! Peppers, Chilli, Mushrooms, Courgette, Aubergine, Salami, Grilled Chicken Breast, Tuna, Ham, Pineapple etc
For a simple Tomato puree mix a sprinkling of mixed/italian, 5/6 tbsp Tomato Powder, a swig of
Balsamic vinegar , Extra Virgin Olive Oil and water to mix. Perfect!
Kay has used a bread machine to mix her dough, but this can be done by hand!
Method:
Pre grease your Pizza Pan with a little bit of coconut oil.
Place all dough ingredients into a bread making machine or kneed by hand. The result should be a sticky orange dough.
Lay the dough on pizza trays and spread on your puree. Add your toppings and sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Pop into the over for 15-20 mins in a medium hot oven (depending on what toppings you have)
Serve with salad and enjoy!
