Tamari Soy Sauce

Tamari Soy Sauce is a soy sauce that is made without wheat. It is quite similar in taste to the other form, Shoyu sauce, though it is generally darker and richer. Tamari soy sauce is actually a more ancient Japanese recipe than shoyu, though shoyu is now more popular.
