These burgers are simple to make and are packed with flavours! Smoked Paprika mixed with crushed chipotle chillies to give you a burger with a bite!
Best served on our home made buns with crisp iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sweet gherkins with lashings of chipotle hot sauce!
Serves Four
1) Bind together the lamb, onion pieces, parsley, paprika, chillis, garlic powder and seasoning together in a bowl with one egg.
2) Form mixture into even patty shapes approximately 5cm thick.
3) Grill for for about 5-6 minutes until cooked through and juicy.
