Rude Health's Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour is made from finely milled sprouted wheat. Sprouting is a process that involves soaking grains. This wakes the grains, which start to sprout. Enzyme activity breaks down growth inhibitors, transforming and multiplying nutrients into their more easily digestible forms.
This sprouted wholegrain flour is made from red wheat, a variety of wheat that is rough and rustic. It is perfect for sourdoughs! The kernel of red wheat retains plenty of the bran, making it a great source of fibre!

Store in a sealed container. In hot weather store in the fridge or freezer to keep fresh.
