Udon Noodles make a simple accompaniment to soups and stir-fries. These Udon are around 3mm wide and 20cm in length. They are easy to cook and add straight into soup with vegetables, meat and/or fish. They can be pre-cooked and then added to a Wok or similar pan to create a stir fry at the end of cooking. they collect sauce nicely and are easy to eat.
