To make porridge or wet muesli, the flakes should be soaked ahead of eating in your choice of milk, juice or a mix of milk and water. This is best done the night before and then they will be ready to heat as porridge or mix with other muesli ingredients.

Directions
Rice flakes are ideal for making gluten-free porridge. Cover 1 cupful of brown rice flakes with boiling water, or a mixture of hot milk and water. Add cinnamon to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve and stir in some dried fruit and agave syrup to taste.
