This is an amazing product - pasta made just from red lentils! It can be used as a straight alternative to pasta, with all of the nutritional benefits of lentils. High in protein and fibre. Gluten-free.

Directions

Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
