This wheat flour has been especially milled to produce top quality tasting white or egg pasta at home. There are two recipes on the pack including a basic pasta recipe to get you started.

To make fresh egg pasta:
Proportions may vary!
Place 150g of 00 flour on a chopping board and make a well in the middle.
Add 2 medium eggs and a pinch of salt into the well and "fold in" the flour.
Knead into a dough and work for 10 minutes. Allow to rest for 20 minutes.
Roll out with a rolling pin, as flat as possible.
Fold and repeat.
Set the pasta machine to its widest setting
Roll out the pasta, folding and repeating several times. Each time, set the pasta machine to a thinner setting, until it is as thin as desired.
Cut into the desired shapes.
Proportions may vary! You can add extra yolk for a yellower pasta.
Note that you can also create pure-white pasta, substituting the egg for water in the above recipe.
This 00 flour can also be used to make a smooth roux or béchamel sauce. It can even be used as a general-purpose flour, e.g. for use in a pizza dough.
