The freeze-drying process is ideal for preserving the flavour of fresh herbs. These are as close as you can get to collecting fresh Parsley from the garden in terms of flavour and aroma compared with normal air-dried herbs.
Directions for Use:
This chopped freeze-dried Flat Leaved Parsley is easily reconstituted in cool/tepid water or alternatively add towards the end of cooking as you would fresh Parsley. As long as there is a small amount of moisture in your recipe then these herbs should absorb enough moisture to soften and release their full flavour.
Perfect for making a home-made creamy Parsley Sauce to accompany fish or stir through Bulghur (Cracked) Wheat to create Tabbouleh. Use as a last minute garnish for soups, dips and steamed vegetables.
